Doris G. Ellinwood, 94, forerly of Medway Place, South Angell Street, died Monday at the Metacom Manor, Bristol. She was the wife of the Late George W. Ellinwood, who was vice president and manager of the Pawtucket offices of Rhode Island Hospital Trust. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Joseph L. and Grace E. (Follett) Green. She had lived in Rumford and the Touisset section of Warren before moving to Providence. She was a graduate of the Wheeler School and Katharine Gibbs School in Providence. She was a long time parishioner of St. Michael & Grace Episcopal Church, Rumford. She leaves a daughter, Grace E. Wilson of Bristol; a son, George W. Ellinwood Jr. of West Palm Beach, Fla; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Friday at 2 hp.m. at Swan Point Cemetery Chapel, 585 Blackstone Blvd. Buriel will be in the family lot at Swan Point Cemetery.
