MRS. MEEKS DIES AT DAUGHTER'S HOME
Mrs. Agnes (Scott) Harrison Meeks, formerly for many years a resident of Warren, N.H. passed away on Tuesday at the home of her daughter Mrs. Henrietta Harris 21 Park St. where she had been ill for the past month. She was born in New Brunswick Canada 84 years ago
She is survived by two daughters Mrs. Harris with whom she made her home, and Mrs. F.V. Wiatt of California; six grandchildren, Mrs. Everett O. Dow of Greenwood, Mrs. Winfield E. Drown of Melrose; John B. Harris of Winthrop; Joseph and Warner Ellinwood of Athol, and Mrs. Vivian Hatcher of California and eight great grandchildren, Robert and Beverly Dow, John, Richard and Frederick Harris, Dana T. Drown, and Joan and Rose Hatcher. (Her granddaughter Patricia Ann Ellinwood was not listed).
Funeral services will be held at two o'clock on Thursday in the vestry of the Baptist Church and friends are welcome to attend.
Burial is at the Laurel Hill Cemetery with daughter Henrietta Harris and family in Reading.

To the Honorable the Justices of the Superior Court within and for the County of Middlesex Co., MA.

Respectfully libels and represents Jennie Chandler of Auburndale in the said County, that she was lawfully married to Daniel M. Chandler of said Auburndale at Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, the seventh day of February A.D. 1889, and thereafterwards your libellant and the said Daniel M. Chandler lived together as husband and wife in the Commonwealth, to wit, at Wakefield, West Newton and Auburndale. That your libellant has always been faithful to her marriage vows and obligations, but the said Daniel M. Chandler being wholly regardless of the same, at Auburndale aforesaid on or about the first day of February A.D. 1915 and on divers other days and times was guilty of cruel and abusive treatment towards your libellant; and that the said Daniel M. Chandler being of sufficient ability so to do has grossly, wantonly and cruelly refused and neglected to provide suitable maintenance and support for your libellant.

Therefore your libellant prays that a divorce from the bonds of matrimony may be decreed between your libellant and the said Daniel M. Chandler. Dated this Twenty Ninth day of October A.S. 1915.
